Storm Shelter Loans

Choctaw Electric Cooperative offers low interest loans for the purpose of building and installing storm shelters. The shelters are six feet wide, eight feet long and six feet, two inches tall. Each shelter features a double handrail on the stairs, a gas-operated door closer, an eight-inch wind turbine and a six-inch vent.

All applicants must read the guidelines below before applying for one of our storm shelters.
