MEMBER PHONE SURVEY BEGINS IN APRIL
Choctaw Electric Cooperative (CEC) is working with the marketing division of Touchstone Energy Cooperatives to assess member satisfaction with CEC services, rates, reliability, and more.
The survey kicks off in April.
According to CEC staff, the Touchstone survey will be more indepth than CEC's customer satisfaction survey and will ask members about multiple aspects of their CEC service.
To provide an accurate sampling of CEC's 13,000+ members, representatives from Touchstone Energy will contact at least 2,500 households via telephone.
Surveyors will ask members to answer 12 to 15 questions about CEC.
Surveyors will not ask members to provide personal information about themselves or their account with CEC.
The survey process will take several minutes to complete.
If contacted, members are encouraged to participate in the survey. The results will help CEC staff, employees and trustees improve member services and address potential and existing problems.
